Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This Disclosure Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") for the purpose of informing data subjects regarding the personal data processed within the scope of the Taskly mobile application.
1. Identity of the Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed
Taskly may process the following categories of personal data for the purpose of providing the services and carrying out technical support processes:

| Financial Information | Information regarding subscription status provided by Apple. |
Taskly does not access users' personal tasks, subtasks, lists, notes, dates, and reminder content; this data is stored in the user's own iCloud account through the Apple CloudKit infrastructure.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Provision of application services,
- Management of shared tasks,
- Handling of technical support requests,
- Error detection and improvement of application performance,
- Ensuring information security,
- Verification of subscription status,
- Provision of the services,
- Fulfillment of legal obligations.
4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Personal data is collected by automated means:
- Through the mobile application,
- Through sharing carried out by the user,
- Through requests sent via support channels,
- Through the technical infrastructure provided by Apple.
Personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract,
- Processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller,
- The data controller's fulfillment of its legal obligations.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
For the purpose of providing the services, personal data may be processed within the scope of the App Store, CloudKit, and related Apple services provided by Apple Inc., and may be transferred to authorized public institutions and judicial authorities to the extent permitted by the applicable legislation. Taskly does not sell or share user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes.
6. Storage Method and Periods
Processed personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the retention periods stipulated in the applicable legislation. Users' personal tasks, subtasks, lists, notes, dates, and reminders are not stored by Taskly; they are maintained in the user's own iCloud account through the Apple CloudKit infrastructure. Taskly has no authority to access such private content.
7. Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK
Pursuant to the provisions of the KVKK, you may exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether personal data is being processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of personal data in the event it is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
- To request that the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to a result that arises against the person concerned through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in the event of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
8. Application Method
The KVKK grants relevant persons the right to make requests regarding which of their personal data is processed in which processes and the current status of such data.
Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, which regulates "Application to the Data Controller," the relevant person/data subject must submit requests regarding the application of the Law to the data controller in writing. For this reason, in order for your request to be evaluated, you must submit your application in writing.
