This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains the principles regarding the processing of personal data during the use of the Taskly mobile application and the services provided in connection therewith.
Taskly adopts the protection of user privacy as one of its fundamental design principles. The application is designed in such a way that users' personal task, list, note, date, and reminder content is not stored on its own servers. This content is maintained in the user's own iCloud account through the CloudKit infrastructure provided by Apple, and Taskly has no authority to access this data.

2. Data Processed
Taskly may process the following limited categories of data for the purpose of providing the services and conducting support processes:
- Tasks shared (jointly) between users and the content relating thereto,
- Email addresses and message content transmitted by users within the scope of their support requests,
- Technical data and crash reports obtained for the purpose of the application's security, performance, and error detection (device model, iOS version, error logs, etc.),
- Information regarding subscription status provided by Apple.
Taskly does not access users' personal tasks, subtasks, lists, notes, dates, and reminder content, and does not store such data in its own systems.
3. Data Not Processed
Taskly:
- Does not collect username, telephone number, or address information,
- Does not process location data,
- Does not use advertising or behavioral tracking technologies,
- Does not create user profiles through third-party analytics tools,
- Does not access payment or credit card information,
- Does not sell user data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Payment transactions and the management of subscriptions are carried out entirely by Apple, and Taskly does not access payment information.
4. iCloud and Apple Services
Users' personal tasks, lists, notes, and other content are stored and synchronized in the user's own iCloud account through the Apple CloudKit infrastructure.
The processing activities relating to this data are subject to Apple's own privacy policies. Taskly has no authority to access, intervene in, or control Apple's systems.
5. Shared Content
In the event that the user uses the sharing feature, the relevant joint tasks may only be viewed or edited by the persons invited by the user.
Sharing permissions are managed by the user, and users may change or revoke access permissions at any time.
6. Notifications
With the user's permission, local notifications may be generated by the application on the device.
Notification permissions may be changed or revoked by the user at any time through the device settings.
7. Data Security
Taskly implements reasonable technical and administrative measures for the purpose of protecting the personal data processed.
The security of users' personal task content depends primarily on the security of the user's Apple ID and the infrastructure provided by Apple.
Users are advised to use strong passwords and to enable two-factor authentication.
8. Children's Safety
Taskly is not designed for individuals below the minimum age stipulated in the applicable legislation and does not knowingly collect personal data belonging to children.

Operations relating to the personal tasks, lists, and notes located in the user's own iCloud account are carried out directly by the user through Apple services.
10. Changes to the Policy
Taskly reserves the right to update this Policy in line with changes occurring in the applicable legislation or in the services.
The updated Policy enters into force on the date it is published.

İşbu Gizlilik Politikası ("Politika"), Taskly mobil uygulaması ve buna bağlı olarak sunulan hizmetlerin kullanımı sırasında kişisel verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin esasları açıklamaktadır.
Taskly, kullanıcı gizliliğinin korunmasını temel tasarım prensiplerinden biri olarak benimsemektedir. Uygulama, kullanıcıların kişisel görev, liste, not, tarih ve hatırlatma içeriklerini kendi sunucularında depolamayacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Bu içerikler Apple tarafından sağlanan CloudKit altyapısı aracılığıyla kullanıcının kendi iCloud hesabında muhafaza edilmekte olup, Taskly'nin bu verilere erişim yetkisi bulunmamaktadır.

2. İşlenen Veriler
Taskly, hizmetlerin sunulması ve destek süreçlerinin yürütülmesi amacıyla aşağıdaki sınırlı veri kategorilerini işleyebilir:
- Kullanıcılar arasında paylaşılmış (ortak) görevler ve bunlara ilişkin içerikler,
- Kullanıcıların destek talepleri kapsamında ilettikleri e-posta adresleri ve mesaj içerikleri,
- Uygulamanın güvenliği, performansı ve hata tespiti amacıyla elde edilen teknik veriler ve çökme raporları (cihaz modeli, iOS sürümü, hata kayıtları vb.),
- Apple tarafından sağlanan abonelik durumuna ilişkin bilgiler.
Taskly, kullanıcıların kişisel görevleri, alt görevleri, listeleri, notları, tarihleri ve hatırlatıcı içeriklerine erişmez ve bu verileri kendi sistemlerinde saklamaz.
3. İşlenmeyen Veriler
Taskly;
- Kullanıcı adı, telefon numarası veya adres bilgilerini toplamaz,
- Konum verilerini işlemez,
- Reklam veya davranışsal takip teknolojileri kullanmaz,
- Üçüncü taraf analiz araçları aracılığıyla kullanıcı profili oluşturmaz,
- Ödeme veya kredi kartı bilgilerine erişmez,
- Kullanıcı verilerini satmaz veya ticari amaçlarla üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmaz.
Ödeme işlemleri ve aboneliklerin yönetimi tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülmekte olup, Taskly ödeme bilgilerine erişmemektedir.
4. iCloud ve Apple Hizmetleri
Kullanıcıların kişisel görevleri, listeleri, notları ve diğer içerikleri Apple CloudKit altyapısı üzerinden kullanıcının kendi iCloud hesabında saklanmakta ve senkronize edilmektedir.
Bu verilere ilişkin işleme faaliyetleri Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Taskly'nin Apple sistemleri üzerinde herhangi bir erişim, müdahale veya kontrol yetkisi bulunmamaktadır.
5. Paylaşılan İçerikler
Kullanıcının paylaşım özelliğini kullanması halinde ilgili ortak görevler yalnızca kullanıcının davet ettiği kişiler tarafından görüntülenebilir veya düzenlenebilir.
Paylaşım yetkileri kullanıcı tarafından yönetilmekte olup, kullanıcılar diledikleri zaman erişim izinlerini değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir.
6. Bildirimler
Kullanıcının izin vermesi halinde uygulama tarafından cihaz üzerinde yerel bildirimler oluşturulabilir.
Bildirim izinleri kullanıcı tarafından cihaz ayarları üzerinden her zaman değiştirilebilir veya kaldırılabilir.
7. Veri Güvenliği
Taskly, işlenen kişisel verilerin korunması amacıyla makul teknik ve idari tedbirleri uygulamaktadır.
Kullanıcıların kişisel görev içeriklerinin güvenliği esas olarak kullanıcının Apple Kimliği güvenliğine ve Apple tarafından sağlanan altyapıya bağlıdır.
Kullanıcılara güçlü parola kullanmaları ve iki faktörlü kimlik doğrulamayı etkinleştirmeleri tavsiye edilmektedir.
8. Çocukların Güvenliği
Taskly, yürürlükteki mevzuatta öngörülen asgari yaşın altındaki bireylere yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek çocuklara ait kişisel veri toplamaz.
9. Kullanıcı Hakları
Kullanıcılar, yürürlükte bulunan veri koruma mevzuatı kapsamında sahip oldukları haklara ilişkin taleplerini aşağıdaki iletişim adresi üzerinden iletebilirler:

Kullanıcının kendi iCloud hesabında bulunan kişisel görev, liste ve notlara ilişkin işlemler ise doğrudan kullanıcı tarafından Apple hizmetleri üzerinden gerçekleştirilmektedir.
10. Politikada Değişiklik
Taskly, işbu Politikayı yürürlükteki mevzuat veya hizmetlerde meydana gelen değişiklikler doğrultusunda güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar.
Güncellenen Politika yayımlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.
