These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Taskly mobile application, website, and all services provided in connection therewith (the “Service”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Taskly is a productivity application developed to help users manage their tasks, lists, and notes. Taskly does not store user data on its own servers and does not sell user data to third parties. Content created within the Service is stored in the user’s own iCloud account through the Apple CloudKit infrastructure.
USE OF THE SERVICE
Subject to compliance with these Terms and the Apple App Store terms of use, Taskly grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on Apple devices owned by or under the control of the user. The user agrees and undertakes to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable legislation.
USER ACCOUNT AND DATA STORAGE
No separate user account needs to be created within Taskly. Access to the Service is provided through the user’s Apple ID and Apple devices. Taskly does not access, process, or retain users’ Apple ID information. For this reason, it is not possible for Taskly to sign in on the user’s behalf, to access the user’s account, or to recover the user’s data. Content created by the user is stored in the user’s own iCloud account through the Apple CloudKit infrastructure. The security and backup of the data, as well as the protection of access to the iCloud account, are the responsibility of the user.
USER CONTENT
Ownership and intellectual property rights in the tasks, lists, notes, and all other content created by the user belong exclusively to the user. Taskly does not access, review, sell, rent, license, or assert any ownership right over user content.
The user is solely responsible for the lawfulness of the content they create, upload, or share, for ensuring that it does not infringe the rights of third parties, and for its compliance with applicable legislation.
SHARED LISTS AND COLLABORATION FEATURES
Where the user invites others to shared lists, the user is responsible for the content they choose to share and for their interactions with the persons they invite. Users who are granted access to shared lists may view, modify, or delete the relevant content. Taskly is not responsible for the sharing among users or for any disputes arising from such sharing.
ACCEPTABLE USE
The user agrees not to engage in the following activities. Any and all legal, administrative, or criminal liability that may arise from the user’s breach of this provision shall rest exclusively with the user:
- Subjecting the application to reverse engineering, attempting to obtain its source code, or circumventing the application’s security measures;
- Using the Service for unlawful activities;
- Infringing the intellectual property rights, personal rights, or other legal rights of third parties;
- Engaging in activities that may adversely affect the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access or to manipulate systems.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES
Certain features offered within the Service may require a paid subscription or an in-app purchase.
All payments are collected by Apple, and the management, renewal, and cancellation of subscriptions are subject to Apple App Store policies.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some functions of Taskly depend on the iCloud and CloudKit services provided by Apple. The availability, security, and performance of these services are under the control of the relevant third-party provider, and Taskly is not responsible for any interruption, delay, or data loss that may occur in these services.
REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE SERVICE
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Taskly does not warrant that the Service will operate uninterrupted, securely, error-free, or in a manner fit for a particular purpose. The user accepts that they use the Service at their own risk and responsibility.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, Taskly, its developers, directors, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of data,
- Loss of profit,
- Loss of business,
- Loss of revenue,
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
TERMINATION
The user may terminate their use of the Service at any time by removing the application from their device. Should Taskly determine that these Terms have been breached, it may temporarily or permanently restrict or terminate access to the Service.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Taskly reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect on the date they are published. The user’s continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means that the user accepts the updated Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules. The user’s rights arising from mandatory consumer protection legislation are reserved.

SEVERABILITY
A determination that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted and applied in a manner that achieves the result closest to the intention of the parties.
İşbu Hizmet Koşulları (“Koşullar”), Taskly mobil uygulaması, internet sitesi ve bunlarla bağlantılı olarak sunulan tüm hizmetlerin (“Hizmet”) kullanımına ilişkin hüküm ve şartları düzenlemektedir. Hizmete erişmeniz, Hizmeti indirmeniz, yüklemeniz veya kullanmanız halinde işbu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. İşbu Koşulları kabul etmemeniz halinde Hizmeti kullanmamanız gerekmektedir.
Taskly, kullanıcıların görev, liste ve notlarını yönetmelerine yardımcı olmak amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir verimlilik uygulamasıdır. Taskly, kullanıcı verilerini kendi sunucularında depolamaz ve kullanıcı verilerini üçüncü kişilere satmaz. Hizmet kapsamında oluşturulan içerikler Apple CloudKit altyapısı üzerinden kullanıcının kendi iCloud hesabında saklanmaktadır.
HİZMETİN KULLANIMI
Taskly, işbu Koşullara ve Apple App Store kullanım şartlarına uygun hareket edilmesi kaydıyla, uygulamanın kullanıcıya ait veya kullanıcının kontrolündeki Apple cihazlarında kullanılabilmesi amacıyla sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansı vermektedir. Kullanıcı, Hizmeti yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla ve yürürlükteki mevzuata uygun olarak kullanacağını kabul ve taahhüt eder.
KULLANICI HESABI VE VERİ DEPOLAMA
Taskly bünyesinde ayrı bir kullanıcı hesabı oluşturulması gerekmemektedir. Hizmete erişim, kullanıcının Apple Kimliği ve Apple cihazları aracılığıyla sağlanmaktadır. Taskly, kullanıcıların Apple Kimliği bilgilerine erişmemekte, bu bilgileri işlememekte veya muhafaza etmemektedir. Bu nedenle Taskly’nin kullanıcı adına oturum açması, kullanıcı hesabına erişmesi veya kullanıcı verilerini kurtarması mümkün değildir. Kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerikler Apple CloudKit altyapısı üzerinden kullanıcının kendi iCloud hesabında saklanmaktadır. Verilerin güvenliği, yedeklenmesi ve iCloud hesabına erişimin korunması kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
KULLANICI İÇERİKLERİ
Kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan görevler, listeler, notlar ve diğer tüm içeriklere ilişkin mülkiyet ve fikri mülkiyet hakları münhasıran kullanıcıya aittir. Taskly, kullanıcı içeriklerine erişmez, bunları incelemez, satmaz, kiralamaz, lisanslamaz veya bunlar üzerinde herhangi bir mülkiyet hakkı iddiasında bulunmaz.
Kullanıcı, oluşturduğu, yüklediği veya paylaştığı içeriklerin hukuka uygunluğundan, üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmemesinden ve yürürlükteki mevzuata uygunluğundan tek başına sorumludur.
PAYLAŞILAN LİSTELER VE İŞ BİRLİĞİ ÖZELLİKLERİ
Kullanıcı, başkalarını paylaşılan listelere davet etmesi halinde, paylaşmayı tercih ettiği içeriklerden ve davet ettiği kişilerle olan etkileşimlerinden sorumludur. Paylaşılan listelere erişim sağlayan kullanıcılar ilgili içerikleri görüntüleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya silebilir. Taskly, kullanıcılar arasındaki paylaşımlardan veya bu paylaşımlardan kaynaklanan uyuşmazlıklardan sorumlu değildir.
KABUL EDİLEBİLİR KULLANIM
Kullanıcı aşağıdaki faaliyetlerde bulunmamayı kabul eder. Kullanıcının bu hükmü ihlal etmesi nedeniyle ortaya çıkabilecek her türlü hukuki, idari veya cezai sorumluluk münhasıran kullanıcıya aittir:
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik işlemlerine tabi tutmak, kaynak kodunu elde etmeye çalışmak veya uygulamanın güvenlik önlemlerini aşmak,
- Hizmeti hukuka aykırı faaliyetlerde kullanmak,
- Üçüncü kişilerin fikri mülkiyet haklarını, kişilik haklarını veya diğer yasal haklarını ihlal etmek,
- Hizmetin bütünlüğünü, güvenliğini veya performansını olumsuz etkileyebilecek faaliyetlerde bulunmak,
- Yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya veya sistemleri manipüle etmeye çalışmak.
ABONELİKLER VE UYGULAMA İÇİ SATIN ALMALAR
Hizmet kapsamında sunulan bazı özellikler ücretli abonelik veya uygulama içi satın alma gerektirebilir.
Tüm ödemeler Apple tarafından tahsil edilmekte olup, aboneliklerin yönetimi, yenilenmesi ve iptali Apple App Store politikalarına tabidir.
Aksi belirtilmedikçe abonelikler, mevcut abonelik döneminin sona ermesinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAF HİZMETLER
Taskly’nin bazı işlevleri Apple tarafından sağlanan iCloud ve CloudKit hizmetlerine bağlıdır. Bu hizmetlerin kullanılabilirliği, güvenliği ve performansı ilgili üçüncü taraf sağlayıcının kontrolünde olup, Taskly bu hizmetlerde meydana gelebilecek kesinti, gecikme veya veri kayıplarından sorumlu değildir.
HİZMETE İLİŞKİN BEYANLAR
Hizmet, yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekliyle” sunulmaktadır. Taskly, Hizmetin kesintisiz, güvenli, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun şekilde çalışacağını garanti etmez. Kullanıcı, Hizmeti kendi risk ve sorumluluğu altında kullandığını kabul eder.
SORUMLULUĞUN SINIRLANDIRILMASI
Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Taskly, geliştiricileri, yöneticileri, çalışanları ve temsilcileri;
- Veri kaybı,
- Kâr kaybı,
- İş kaybı,
- Gelir kaybı,
- Dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlar
nedeniyle sorumlu tutulamaz.
FESİH
Kullanıcı, uygulamayı cihazından kaldırmak suretiyle Hizmeti kullanmayı dilediği zaman sonlandırabilir. Taskly, işbu Koşulların ihlal edildiğini tespit etmesi halinde Hizmete erişimi geçici veya kalıcı olarak sınırlandırabilir ya da sona erdirebilir.
KOŞULLARDA DEĞİŞİKLİK
Taskly, işbu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Güncellenen Koşullar yayımlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer. Kullanıcının değişikliklerden sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmesi güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiği anlamına gelir.
UYGULANACAK HUKUK
İşbu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları dikkate alınmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabi olacak ve bu hukuka göre yorumlanacaktır. Kullanıcının emredici tüketici mevzuatından kaynaklanan hakları saklıdır.
